Meaningful thought leadership content to promote journalism
We welcome submissions from professionals and journalism students. We focus on work that tells stories behind the news, shares experiences, talks about ethics, press freedom, upcoming trends in the media industry, etc. We also welcome suggestions from contributors on other areas that might help the readers gain knowledge.
Our Work Falls Under The Following Categories

Experience Stories
Interviews with journalists and media professionals about their experiences and learnings in a Q&A format

Journalist Safety
Topics including press freedom, safety & risk assessment, hostile environment, conflict reporting, tools & techniques, mental health, laws

Photojournalism
Topics related to visual storytelling, editing, tools and techniques, documentary photography, industry trends and thought leadership

Digital Journalism
Topics related to editorial, reporting, best practices, disinformation, upcoming trends, business models, tools, and technology
Important Notes
- Please only submit articles and pitches for consideration using the form below
- Submission for our articles should range between 1200-1500 words while blog posts can range between 600-700 words
- Please share citations and relevant links for all referred work.
- If you are sharing completed work, please share it in word documents rather than a PDF
- Preference will be given to original stories and unique topics
- The work should be accompanied by a very brief bio of your role or interest in journalism
- The foundation does not offer any monetary compensation for the work
- Please do not submit the work if it is already under active consideration with other publishers or has been published.
